The City of Ember

The City of Ember by Jeanne DuPrau. Another Battle Book. I recently read this book and thought it was, excuse my grammer, stupendous! If I could rate it (Which I am about to) I would give it a 9.5 out of 10. A 9.5 because I don't believe in perfection. It has a great hook and leads you on. I found it impossible to put down. I finished it in two sittings (I currently have alot of spare time). The only part of the book that gave me frustration, is the fact that I've already seen the movie. I know that it doesn't seem like it'd be a big deal but it is. I found myself picturing the characters that I saw in the movie which were different than the given discription. I suggest that if you read this book, you read through the series. I can't because I have other things to do but when my reading schedual is open, I plan on reading the rest of the series.
